Do Not Disturb

Vonage Do Not Disturb gives you peace and quiet whenever you need it.

Need some quiet time? No problem! Turn on Do Not Disturb and relax - all incoming calls will be blocked, going straight to Vonage Voicemail PlusŪ. If you haven't enabled Voicemail Plus, your callers will simply hear a message saying you aren't accepting calls at this time.

Turn the Do Not Disturb on and off whenever you want. It won't affect your outgoing calls or other Vonage lines.

How to Use Do Not Disturb

Setting up Do Not Disturb is easy! When you don't want to be interrupted, just dial *78 from your Vonage phone. To turn it off, dial *79.

To turn on Do Not Disturb feature from your Vonage Online Account:

  • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 2. Click on the "Features" link
  • 3. In "Do Not Disturb," select the line you want Do Not Disturb on
  • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
  • 5. Select "On"
  • 6. Click on the "Submit" button

To turn off Do Not Disturb feature:
