Your days of dealing with annoying anonymous sales calls are over! It's true - your phone won't even ring if the caller blocks their Caller ID. They'll automatically hear a message saying you don't accept anonymous calls. They'll then be advised to unblock their Caller ID and try again. With Anonymous Call Block, you always get the information you need to know if you should take the call.

If person's Caller ID information simply isn't available, don't worry. They won't be blocked.

How to Use Anonymous Call Block

Setting up Anonymous Call Block is easy! Just dial *77 from your Vonage phone. To turn it off, dial *87.

To turn on Anonymous Call Block from your Vonage Online Account:

  • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 2. Click on the "Features" link
  • 3. In "Anonymous Call Block," select the line you want Anonymous Call Block on
  • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
  • 5. Select "On"
  • 6. Click on the "Submit" button

To turn off Anonymous Call Block:

  • 1. Login to your Vonage Online Account
  • 2. Click on the "Features" link
  • 3. In "Anonymous Call Block," select the line you don't want Anonymous Call Block on
  • 4. Click on the "Configure" button
  • 5. Select "Off"
  • 6. Click on the "Submit" button
