• You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account
• You must return your equipment within 14 days of your cancellation
• All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact
• All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included

You are responsible for return shipping. Please contact Customer Care to cancel your service and obtain a return authorization number. You will be refunded the disconnect fee after we receive your equipment. Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
